Aj was sitting down on the couch with tub of ice cream and a spoon...foot up on the table.

"Thats an expensive table.." She commented as she came from the other room and saw his boots on the furniture.

"they're expensive boots... don't want any of this to drop on them..." He pointed to ice cream he was enjoying.

"Mmhmmm.. and the crap that is on the bottom of them, that's now getting on the table.. is that expensive?"

He looked at the bottom of his boots that were carefully wiped off before he came in. He smiled, "You just want my ice cream."

"That's not all I want." She ruffled his hair lightly and hopped over the back of the couch to land lightly beside him, smilling. Propping her bare feet up next to his, she reached over to dip into his icecream, stealing his spoon to do so. "Hey baby.."

"Hey... mine!" He pouted, following after the spoon with a puffed out lip. "No fair."

"Awww." She cooed at the cute pout and gently caught his puffed out lip in her teeth, laughing quietly. "Mine." She let go to thank him for the bite with a kiss.

Hmm... what ice cream? He licked the minty cream flavor off her lip and tried to steal his spoon back. "Yours... but not this...," he said, trying to wrestle it gently.

"It's half mine.." She taunted him, trying to pull the spoon away and laughing quietly. "You can share.. with me." It was her turn to pout and she batted her lashes at him.

"Nope. Gimme. I don't share with anybody," he said like a child, pouting again but trying not to laugh.

"Fine!" She shoved the spoon at him and huffed, turning to face straight ahead and folding her arms. She was playing along and screwed her face up in a pouting mad expression and blew a heavy breath out her nose. "Meanie!"

"Yup I aaaaam," he said, languishing over a large spoonful like it was a full cone, one slow lick at a time. He stopped and held it out in front of her for a lick. "What else did you have in mind?"

"I'm not licking anything of yours until you learn how to be nicer to me." She grabbed his hand to try and keep him from pulling the spoon away as she leaned forward to grab some of the icecream in her mouth.

He pulled slowly like he was reeling in a swordfish, wanting her, not the spoon. "Keegan... you're the only one I am nice to. Now... gimmee," he muttered, smiling and setting the ice cream aside.

"Hmmm is that so?" She was smiling as she slid herself over his lap, facing and straddling him. Her arms draped around his shoulders and she brushed her nose against his. "I think I need to be reminded.. it's been awhile."

"Like riding a bicycle I hear.. except I don't have brakes," he said, kissing her nose and pulling her down in his arms.

"I'm very exclusive about the bicycle I ride.. only the best will do.. brakes not required." She murmured with a playful grin, teasing his lips and shifting more of herself down over him.

"Do me a favor." He lifted his elbows so she could reach around him. "Check my pockets and get my phone. Put it over there... someplace and show me about this exclusive thing."

She checked him thoroughly front and back before 'finding' his phone and dropping it down on the table with a soft plunk. Before the sound faded she was pushing him back and devouring his mouth with hers.

It had been weeks, maybe months since he was home it seemed. It was paying off nicely to have the cousins around, giving him more time for ... "Mmm... second gear... need to shift sweetheart."

Even though she could keep herself busy with work, in laws, and her family.. nothing compared to having him home. The kisses they shared were hungry, longing, adoring and tender, shifting through the myriad of emotions they went through as they celebrated this cherished time together.
