June 30, 2008 10pm Grande Hotel - Grand Ballroom - Resher Gathering
"nice shirt.." She commented coming up next to him as he leaned against the wall.
heheh "Yeah, it's actually carved out of wood... touch it.. you'll see," he smirked.
Rolls her eyes, but plays along. "oooo.." Reaches to run her hand over it.
"Alright, so I lied... about the shirt anyway," he raised an eyebrow, and pressed her fingers to the solid muscle beneath. "Bet you're a lot of fun at parties. What brings you to Hell on a night like this?" He motioned to the gathering of Reshers and assorted escorts in the dim event hall.
She laughed softly, letting her fingers run over his chest a little. "mmm nice.. " She purred, answering but not quite answering him. "Oh.. is this Hell? Darn.. I must have taken a wrong turn.. Does that make you a devil? Since I'm an angel and all.. it might not be good for us to stand so close." She teased.
"Long as your glass doesn't get dry, it's not too bad," he grinned, taking a last puff of his cigar, leaning slightly to deposit in a tray away from her, blowing the smoke casually past the much ignored sign against such a pleasure that was permanently screwed to the wall he leaned against. He bent his elbow and offered. "If it won't bend a wing or ruffle your feathers too much Miss Angel, mind if I get you a drink? This way," he motioned toward the bartender.
"A drink would be splendid.. thank you." She took the offered elbow, letting her hand rest lightly on his arm and giving him a soft, playful smile. "Do mind the wings, though."
"Mmm, actually not minding them a bit," he hummed gently, seeing the smile that prompted one of his own. "Was kinda hoping they were just for show, though. Smiles like that... usually not the angelic type."
"Haah!" She exclaimed lightly as if horrified. "I dare say. I am quite angelic... on Sunday mornings, same as all the others." She winked. "You don't like feathers then?"
"Not me," he grinned, nearly whispering. "I like to sleep in on Sundays." His eyes continued to watch her expression a moment before stepping up to the bartender who waited for their requests. "I like the feathers," he nodded. "What would the angel like to drink?"
"How about Captain and Coke?" She nodded and smile at the bartender, letting him know that's what she wanted. "I like to sleep in on Sundays, too.." She turned back to the 'devil' and let her warm blue eyes move over his face.
"Too bad it's only Friday night. Martini please... no eyes... thanks," he said, pausing the bartender as he reached for the olives and onions. "If I want pickles, I'll have a baby... I don't want them in my drink." He turned back to her as the bartender sunk the mix in the shaker. "But that may give me a little time to get to know a little piece of heaven?"
"You don't want to know me... just a boring good girl... nothing exciting here.." Her hands clasped behind her back and she bounced slightly in her feet, giving him an almost coy grin.
"I like boring... I get tired of pretense and 'business'. Look around this place. Nice to get away from it... these people... brothers, cousins... you're not a cousin are you?"
"I am.. but not to this family." She smiled and laughed softly
"by jove... all is not lost.."
She laughed not sure what to think.
He dipped to scoop her up and carried her away... "MINE!"
"oh dear.. I've been scooped...whatever shall I do?"
"Unfurl your wings and sing to the heavens?"
"Well I think I might need some coaxing.. I don't like to sing in public."
"I was thinking more like a private performance, really." Sets her down to the floor. "I didn't scare you, did I?"
She laughs softly and shakes her head. "No.. you didn't scare me. Surprised, caught off guard.. yes."
He smiled more broadly, "Good to know. That I don't scare you at least. Now that you've been swept off your feet a moment... care for a little dancing or getting away from this flock of murderous ravens and goats?"
"Well... I'd love to dance, but I also wouldn't mind getting away from the crowd of people I don't know..." She chewed her lower lip, pondering the options.
"It's a grand ballroom in a grand hotel.. meaning there's a grand outdoor pool perfect for strolling around. How does that sound?"
"Sounds better than a room full of people I don't know and standing at the sides watching."
"You don't know anyone here?" He looked around the faces of cousins and nephews he'd known all his life if only from photos from the holiday cards. Looking back at her, he smiled warmly, offering an arm again, setting his drink aside, unfinished. "You're absolutely right. Can we trade? I'm not exactly sure I want to know half of them, myself."
She shook her had and shrugged. "I'm a guest of a guest." she leaned to him and pointed out the girl with the long blonde hair that was on the arm of Jason Resher. "My cousin." She said softly.
If she knew no one, it was clear she wasn't pointing out JJ. He nodded. "Lily's a sweet little girl," he mused, finding a chuckle rolling out on its own. "And she puts up with him... Jay better treat her right, I suppose. Or he'll have one mad lashing from these wings. What is your name?" He finally conceded defeat, not being able to talk to her without really knowing more about her.
"Oh... I'm not the one he'll have to worry about." She chuckled softly, a slight shake to her head. "There would be nothing left of him after her twin got through with him.. I'd just sweep the pieces into a neat little pile." She bit her lip gently and her blue eyes sparkled. "Oh.. my name is Jaedyn." She held out her hand to him. "Pleased to meet you. Of course now you have to give me your name."
His smile tipped warmly. "Jaedyn... befitting an angel," he said, taking her free hand to his lip for a soft kiss, holding it in his fingers a brief moment. "Garrett... Resher, of course."
"Of course.." Her eyes shone in bright amusement and delight. "Again.. a pleasure... now how about getting me out of here?"
"Absolutely... not my party anyway, don't think I have to stay. Do you want to talk to your cousin and let her know you're safe?"
"Any reason she would think I wasn't?" Jaedyn asked softly, looking past his shoulder and giving a slight wave to her cousin as she turned.
"Well if I don't bring you back..," he said gently with a playful flair. "Just don't want a young thing like you getting grounded for being out past curfew or anything... cousin buddy system.. looking out for each other? Seriously, with a madman on the loose out in the city, I don't want Lily to worry, okay?"
"It's been years since I've had a curfew.." She said with an amused chuckle. "But I'll let her know I'm stepping out with you, if it makes you feel more secure."
"Knowing JJ's temper, I'm watching my own back. Maybe just a quick word. I'll wait. Would you like another drink?"
"He has a temper?" She raised an eyebrow, regarding the young man across the room. "Sure.. another drink.. I'll just be a moment." She turned to head across the room, towards her cousin.
He watched the way she moved across the room, noting a quiet elegance to her, then slipped back to the tender for fresh drinks for them both, watching after her and awaiting her return.
She pulled Lily away from Jason a moment and teased her for pouting about it. She quickly let her know she was stepping away from the party and not to worry or wait around... After a moment of speaking quietly she kissed Lily's cheek and stepped away. She moved back to the bar, weaving in between people and slipping gracefully through the mingling crowd. Her smile tipped up a bit as she approached him. "All is well."
"Good to know," he said, holding her drink out for her. "More of the good Captain for you and some moonlight for us both... this way." He ushered her to the main doors and toward the glassed in end of the pool that flowed out to a larger stretch outdoors into a festively decorated and privately fenced in area.
"This is all very nice.. what is the occassion exactly?" Her eyes turned to take in the natural beauty as well as the decorations.
"Not exactly sure... birthday or something... one of the cousins," he smiled, sipping at a glass of red wine now. "Heard rumors about a wedding. Can't ever tell. I just know it's not mine."
"That's good to know.. wouldn't want to steal the birthday boy from his party or even worse steal the groom from his wedding party!"
"Maybe I want to be stolen and I'm lying," his grin tipped a little darker as they stepped through the glass doors to the open air.
"Then I would have to kindly take my leave and let your wife deal with you... or the hoarde of guests coming to seek you out."
He laughed. "Admirable and thank you, but no, I'm not the groom. It might be my birthday though," he teased.
"Ooo... then I might have to give you a spanking." She purred, leaning into his arm a little, with a mischievious smile.
His eyes and smile brightened as he looked skyward to the clear night. "I'm beginning to think the angel's just for show. But I seem to have received the wonderful present of your company for the evening... couldn't wish for better, so it must be my birthday."
"If I were an angel.. and I'm here.. I guess that would mean.. I've fallen.. So.. happy birthday?" She sipped her drink, her eyes smiling at him over the rim of the glass.
"So is that something you do a lot like back there? Compliment the attire and see what happens next?"
"No.. it was purely a desperate measure. I was about to die of boredom.." She chuckled. "And then I looked around and saw you... you didn't look boring, so I decided to see where things went.. and I do like the shirt.."
"Not sure I should be flattered or not, " he chuckled, sipping at his wine then gesturing to a bench by a fountain that trickled quietly. "Desparate for someone not too boring who dresses nicely? Not the sort of pickup line I'd expect, but thank you. It's somehow... charming," he said, physically looking around to find the word that would suit.
"For tonight.. I'd settle for a decent dresser and not so boring... but don't take offence.. You looked like something much better than that." She said softly, less teasing in her voice as she took a seat on the bench. The dress she wore, pulling and stretching around her frame in smooth sleek lines. riding up and the slit parting to reveal more of the slender, long, ivory legs. The calves bunched in the way heels make them, she had strong legs. Her build was slim and the dress cut generous enough to glimpse at perky, high breasts held in delicate lace beneath. Not overly endowed but nicely proportioned and a delectable hand full, displayed in a way that was decent, but almost as if in offering. She appeared, sexy, sweet, refined, nice and very tempting all at once and all without trying to be. It seemed the appearance and the vibe around her was pure and natural.
With the backdrop of the fountain and the night air, she seemed like a radiant servant to the very moon goddess that overlooked them in the manicured alcove they shared. Fireflies blinked soundlessly in warm pockets of the shrubs that lined the tall fence behind them, in answer to the subtle shimmer above from the sharply pierced sky. No clouds threatened and the hum of the city beyond was quelled by a lofting breeze that set her hair into a flicker of flaming wisps. He couldn't help but stare, his dark eyes wandering slowly over her to take in all he could. "No... you are a goddess yourself," he corrected his error softly, out loud, setting his drink to the ground to free his fingers that reached for hers.

July 11, 2008 1pm Jaedyn's House
Miss Langtre was making a name for herself amoung those in the real estate business and though she had decided to relocate herself, that reputation had followed her. It wasn't a bad thing, but meant she was already getting work and starting to be in demand in the area and she didn't even have an office yet. Instead of putting off deals and customers, she set up a temporary office in her livingroom to deal with what she needed, until she found the perfect location and building to set up in. Life was hectic but good at the moment, Jaedyn sat in the chair at her desk, her foot tapping as she went over specs for a potential office space. One thing about not having an office, that was nice was she could be more relaxed -her heels left beside the desk. She met her clients and buyers in their homes or the place to be viewed or over lunch. She reached for her tea, taking a sip and turning the page.
Bells were too startling he decided and knocked instead. The sound was a friendly tapping, not heavy or urgent. While Garrett stood at her door, he looked around for things of note... the mail slot, how easily the door was seen from the neighbors, how many steps from the drive... These were things of his profession, things he needed to know but couldn't explain why. He smiled at what rattled through his head with each thought, for once being innocently detached from actual work. The scent of rain lingered from the fog that had lifted in the morning though the clouds floated, unattached and loose so far.
The knock at the door was unexpected, but didn't startle or concern her much. There were still things being delivered here and there and family dropping by, so a 'random knock' was nothing to cause alarm. Jaedyn opened the door with a pleasant smile that turned to a surprised expression as she saw who was on the other side. She really wasn't expecting -him-, she laughed a little, knowing she didn't have the best poker face at the moment. "Well this is a nice surprise.. Hello you."
"Hello you. It's not a bad time I hope," he smiled in return, gentle and still thinking about a myriad of things. He was dressed down a little in scuffed boots and a well loved leather jacket, but still seemed business-like as he hovered at the door. "Like, not a bad time to steal you away for a while?"
"Hmmm depends on where you're planning to take me... I don't have any shoes on." She wiggled her stocking-ed toes and smiled gently back at him, opening the door a little wider to invite him in a moment. "I'm just having tea and going over specs.. nothing I can't put away for awhile.. if I get a better offer." Her eyes wandered over him, noting the difference in his attire from the evening of the party to now. She liked him dressed up and dressed down.. either way he was very handsome.. though with the tousle of hair out of place and scuffed boots.. a well worn jacket -he seemed more real, more there.. and more attractive.
Twenty six steps to the car, he'd counted. "I could carry you, but you might want them for the cocktail reception after. Nothing fancy - just friends, not family this time. That is, if you like art and plays. I promised a cameo appearance and I don't want to go alone to either one." He opened his coat a bit more and pulled out the invitations and tickets for the show. The shirt didn't scream out Tiki-God this time, but was instead a plain, dark red. "Cocktails, a little dinner in between and a play, that is if you're feeling cultural enough to give up the specs until tomorrow?"
She chuckled softly, her eyes lighting up in prospect and amusement. "So.. you couldn't find another date, huh?" She motioned him into the living room so she could retrieve her shoes and possibly change if it was called for. The skirt and top she was wearing was fine for the office and maybe drinks after, so it might be alright for the theatre too. "You know it's funny.. right before you knocked I just had this sudden cultural urge.." She was teasing him as she led him in and went to straighten her files on her desk. Jade wasn't sure what he remembered of coming in that night in the dark. Her home was sparsely furnished and not fully unpacked. There were more boxes than pieces of furniture, but without the boxes the place would be bare.
"Urges are good," he chuckled, following her in and looking around at the place without the martini influence. "Come on, that's not going anywhere, is it? Actually, these haven't gone anywhere either. Still no office?"

She gave a slight shrug and then sighed, nodding slowly and closing the files up -just putting things back in order before putting them away. "Still haven't found the right space." She paused by the desk to slip her shoes back on. Jade smiled softly at him, stepping towards him and reaching to gently take his hand in hers. "Speaking of urges.." She whispered, leaning in slowly to brush a soft kiss over his lips, she'd been thinking of it ... since she'd opened the door and saw him there.
There was no flinch but maybe a hint of hesitation and confusion as he responded lightly to the sudden closeness. Garrett licked the sweet gloss off slowly as he watched her and felt her hand warm his own. "Speaking of...," he chuckled. "Was that a 'yes' you'll go? I wasn't stuck for a date, either. These are for you. Even if you want to go on your own with someone else. A sort of.. a thank you."
Her eye brow arched up, but she stayed close, smiling a little as she regarded him with a curious expression. "A sort of thank you for.. what?"
"Right place, right time?" He pulled away a little, not sure how to explain, but since she was at the party she likely knew what kind of people he was normally around. That she'd likely saved a man's life that night wasn't something he could go into detail about. "How about 'thanks' for helping make a miserable night tolerable and memorable in a good way?"
She shook her head, he didn't need o offer her 'gifts' to thank her for just being there. "No fair.. you can't thank me for that.. I should be thanking you for rescuing me from getting hit on by the weird guy near the bar. I wasn't really having a good time and I didn't want to be there.. till I stumbled across you."
He laughed and ran his knuckle over his lip in search of extra gloss he missed. "I thought I was the weird guy at the bar. I just didn't want you to think I was only looking for an escape, Jaedyn. I saw a beautiful girl and an opportunity, sure, but I was more interested in the beautiful girl. No martinis this time - I really mean that."
Her ivory skin glowed with a soft pink in her cheeks at his sweet words, her eyes taking on a little extra sparkle to them as well. "Garrett.. " She glanced away shyly for a moment, biting her lip. "You were the cute weird guy at the bar.." She giggled softly, looking back at him. "The other guy was just creepy." "I wasn't looking for anything when I came up to you.. I was just looking at you."
"Well, of course he was creepy. We pay him for that... and to put the eyeballs in our drinks, I guess," he added, dodging the compliment. Something about this situation was more than he was used to getting into and he wasn't quite sure what to do next. "And the eyes... are going to be on you if you show up with me. I'm going like this, and you can wear whatever you want as long as you're comfortable... like that or diamonds and pearls, or leather or whatever mood strikes."
She laughed a little, shifting under his comments of the eyes being on her. Was it a compliment or did it have more of a meaning? "So if we show up seperately.. I won't have to worry about gawking?" She brushed her fingers through some loose locks of hair and glanced down to her outfit.. it seemed.. too business like. "Well I'm fresh out of diamond and pearls.. but I think I might have a something a little more date like than this outfit.. it will only take me a minute to slip out of this.."
"I'll make a note of that," he winked. Maybe he meant the time to change or perhaps not having the sparkling jewels that would be outshone by her own radiance. "If we show up separately, I'll be a little disappointed. Is it that bad?" He looked at the plain shirt and simple dark jeans with his boots and leather. "It's the shirt, isn't it?"
Jade shook her head and reached to fuss gently with his collar, smiling softly at him again. "It's not the shirt.. the shirt looks good on you.. I like it." Her fingers brushed his cheek. "My outfit doesn't match.. I'm wearing all the wrong colors. If we're going together.. we 'have' to look good together."
He frowned and shrugged, trying to understand how they didn't match. "Okay, if it's a 'have' to, then by all means. Do you need anything from these boxes?" He looked around at the piles and started to count them too, determining the size of them and the size of space she might be comfortable finding for herself and her office. "What kind of fit were you looking for your office?" He turned, somewhat dissmissive, letting her have whatever privacy she needed to change and get ready. He could entertain himself for a while.
She loosened a few buttons and slipped her shoes back off as she shrugged about the size of space she needed. "I'm not looking for anything huge.. though I'm not against having room to expand and grow. I'm mostly looking for the right location.. space I am willing to vary or go smaller for a better spot. You know what is around me -reputable and prospering businesses or something more private but not too tucked away. I need to be visable and fairly easy to find. The building needs to be clean and attractive. Long term lease or buyer option.. more looking to buy. I want it to be mine to do what I want with. I'd like a decent view. I'm in the business to sell properties, if clients are staring at a brick wall or run down building it influences their mood but if they have a nice landscape or even a thriving well kept business area it puts a more positive lean on negotiations."

"Okay, well when you figure out what you want, go ahead and tell me, okay?" He laughed a little, listing a few places he did know about in the front of his mind to show her on the way. His family owned half the town and had the other half scared enough to talk anyone into any space she liked, but somehow he had a feeling she wanted to use her own merits for it, not Daddy's. "What about this place? Staying here, I mean... you like it enough or had you thought on staying someplace else?"
"I'll know the right place when I come across it. I know what I want but explaining it to someone else.. obviously doesn't work as well as what I can see in my head. I have to see what is out there to choose from before I can narrow it down more. I just meant I'm not as tied into square footage as I am a prime location. I don't want some huge place in the middle of some crappy part of town in an eye sore of a building. That would hurt my business." She sighed softly, turning her back to him as she slipped out of the shirt she was wearing and pulled a dress from the hall closet, out of a garment bag she'd tucked there. "I haven't given alot of thought to this place.. I do like it. It has a certain charm and I could see it as home -of course wherever home ends up being more permanent, I'll be doing more with the decor."
Her skirt slid down off her hips and she kicked it out behind her from where she stood by the open closet door. Depending on his angle and when he looked would determine what he might see of her and her laces. The dress slid into place around her like a soft supple skin, shaping around her gentle curves without being tight. It was a shade that matched his shirt and the funny thing was she'd bought it just before she moved and hadn't worn it yet. A different set of low heels were chosen and slipped onto her feet. "I haven't even put the boxes in the right rooms yet.." She chuckled, finger styling her hair into a softer do and pulling a small black shrug over her bare shoulders.
He only glanced long enough to see her shoulder and the flip of her hair as the dress settled down. Garrett looked away again, trying to keep his mind on the planned events of the evening first. "If you need help... with the boxes?... I'll be glad to help you get settled if you want to stay, or when you find just the right place, I know a guy with a truck," he grinned, trying not to look back at the hallway until she was done.
"That's very sweet of you to offer.. how are you with throw pillows and figurines?" She was smiling as she closed the closet door and came over towards him transformed from business woman to knockout in a few moments time. Her dress was not flashy but she didn't need flash to look gorgeous. "I'll probably take you up on that, if your serious.. half the reason it's still like this is not having anyone to keep me company and lift or to offer an opinion on how things look.. it's kind of boring all alone. Especially when you've done it a few times already."
"I've got a good eye," he turned, giving her a wink and an obvious look of appreciation for the work of art in the room with him. "No excuse to do anything alone," he said with his mind reeling on a thousand thoughts that were far ahead of the current moment. He brought himself back to the here-and-now, clearing his throat and his mind a little more. "That's... that's perfect. Ready?" He was, but for things beyond the gallery and theater.
Her face lit up again with a soft warm glow from his compliments and appreciation of her choice. "Thank you.." She reached for his hand and nodded. "I'm ready." There was something about him being around that felt comfortable and natural. She got along with him easily and he made her feel good, just being there. Jaedyn was looking forward to stepping out on the town with him a little tonight.
"I think so. You're sure you're good to step out a while? It could be a late night... maybe bring something along for a cold night, just in case?" He didn't want to elaborate, but in the back of his mind, being on-call was always a hazard and the work that wasn't done the night of the party was still out there.

July 13, 2008 early evening Jaedyn's house
Garrett had shown up, unexpectedly - again- though it was quite a pleasant surprise in Jaedyn's opinion. He'd started asking her about what she wanted in an office or home again, talking about moving someplace special... and how she was thinking of selling her place. Jaedyn was listening at first and then explaining that she was looking for a place to call home and this didn't feel like it.
He put his hands in his pockets and worked over a thought with his tongue, trying to find a way for it to come out right. "Okay, so... Since you're calling my bluff, I'll just come right out and say it. I have a place in mind that I think you'll like. Now... don't go off about independence and not wanting charity and all that bullcrap. It's not. It's just... closer to where I am."
She regarded him with a half amused, half offended expression -she just wasn't sure how to take that. A small chuckle flitted out and she took a step closer to where he stood. "I'm not sure what kind of impression I give off.. but I am not one to bash a good idea or a suggestion... how much closer to you?"
He shrugged and tried not to make it sound like a desperate attempt. "Mm.. next door-ish... if you could stand being that close."
"Next door-ish? What is next door-ish?" She reached to fuss with his collar a bit, keeping her eyes on his strong shoulder.
"One of the buildings I own.. maintain... kinda live in. It's a big place with a lot of extra room. Enough for an office maybe and a place to read alone in the morning if that's the sort of thing you like."
"Okaaay.. I think you may have to spell it out a little more.. are you offering me an apartment and or office in the building or are you asking me to move into .. your place.. with you.. and saying there is room for an office?"
"Both? We own a lot of buildings in town. I just happen to know of one that has actually a couple of apartments vacant, plenty of spots to choose from, plenty of room to office in one, live in another, run around naked in yet another anytime you want... and I'm there a lot myself in one of the apartments there. Not the only place I have, but it's home when it needs to be."
She smiled, somewhat touched by the offer but again not sure how to take what he'd told her. "It would have been better if you were just asking me to move in with you.. I appreciate the kindness, but it sounds a little wierd. I'm not sure I'd feel comfortable all by myself in an apartment building.."
"Maybe that is what I"m asking," he clarified. "A couple of my cousins come and go through there. Like I said, it's a big enough place to share. My door's always open," he added.
She looked a little sad and she shook her head. "Thank you.. but it would just be too uncomfortable for me. I have a house here, without strangers sometimes living there.."
"A house... in boxes, for sale and in an area that's nice and all.. during the day. Jaedyn, do I have to get technical here? It's not just an apartment I'm offering. It's my place... in.. my place. The stranger though, is unfortunately me."
"You made it sound like an apartment.. like you have an apartment there and I'd have an apartment there and sometimes other people have apartments there.. maybe technical is good.. maybe you should draw a diagram?" Jade smiled a little, tugging his collar a bit and trying to get a picture in her head of what he was really describing. "Are you saying that my stuff would be with your stuff? My towel with your towel?"
"Your tomato with my tom-ah-to... yea, I think so," he smiled and looked to the floor. "I just didn't want to make it sound like a big deal, a place you can be you, but maybe a place where your toothbrush could keep my toothbrush warm.. on those cold, foggy nights when I'm home?"
"I don't know...." She paused, pretending to need to deeply consider it. "Will the lighting there flatter me?"
"If it doesn't, I'll take it out back and... well, you know..," he chuckled. "I'll flatter you. How does that sound? I want you to be in a place that's safe in this town, Jaedyn. The only place I can be sure of that... is where I am. That's not so wrong, is it?"
"No, it's not so wrong.. it's.." Instead of trying to find the right word for it, she leaned up to kiss him. She gave his collar another light tug to urge him closer so she could show him more of what 'it' was.
He leaned into the kiss and the tug on his collar. He pulled his hands loose from his pockets to free hers from his shirt. "Is that a yes, or do you have to think about it a while? It's got a nice view," he added, wiggling his eyebrow.
"I may need to see the view.. I'm such a sucker for pretty things." She teased him, letting go of his collar and sliding her arms up around his neck instead.
"You may have to get close up," he teased as she came closer on her own. "Whaddya think so far?"
"I think I'm falling in love with the view, it's pretty amazing." Her leg slide up along his as she curled, coming closer in search of more convincing.
"You... don't supposed it's going to be a cold and foggy night, tonight? Might have to get a fire going early," he murmured, admiring in return. "Though this place has a nice view, too."
"I think it may be very cold and foggy.. we should probably find someplace to get snuggled in early.. get that fire going so it can keep us warm through the night."
