The basics of the verse:
- There have been a rash of kidnappings in this normally quiet and peaceful town.
- Several of the abductions took place on the same night and others spread out over time after that.
- very little evidence or clues have been left at the scene of each kidnapping.
- No one knows who has done this or why, though there is speculation.
- family and friends are left to wonder and hope for the safe return of their loved ones while the police investigate and try to solve the case.
- Over time some people may reappear or they won't.. more can disappear.
- this verse is meant to explore both sides of this idea - those who disappear, those who have taken them, and those left behind to wonder what happened..
- Character roles can be: the kidnappers, the kidnapped.. the family and friends, the investigators..
- All character types/species are allowed in this verse.
