After the day she'd had, Dallas didn't feel very sociable, going straight to her room, and dumping the sheets of A4 on the bed. FIRST no-one had showed to show her where she was supposed to be, THEN her class turned out to be a load of escaped apes, and to top it all off, the Head had ended up shouting at her, because one of the students jumped out of the window when she was trying to sort another one out, outside the door. "What does he think I am, Superwoman?!?" She grumbled, then realised half of her papers weren't there. Sticking her head out the doorway, she groaned, seeing the paper-trail that lead down the landing, and down the stairs.
"Bloody typical!"
It must have been quite a sight - the blonde science teacher looking every bit like a teacher shouldn't in the almost see-through white blouse and form-fitting black leather trousers, trying to pick up all the papers, some of them test papers, others being things like seating plans and class schedules. A frown crossed her face as she remembered the Head trying to chat her up within three minutes of being introduced, and she tried to push it out of ehr mind and get the papers picked up. It meant a lot of marking and organising tonight, and she hadn't even realised, her bike keys were on the floor outside.
Gabriel stooped to pick up the keys, shiny in the hallway. The door they lay in front of.. he knocked, it was more polite...
Dallas rolled her eyes, sat on the floor with her back to her bed, papers were spread out across the floor, in piles. "Its open..." She was wondering who it was... Not one of the students, and she didnt know many people around here...
Oh yes indeed. Gabriel smiled as the door swung in, he stepped into the room. The door closed behind him as he silently moved in front of her. The keys dangling from his fingers and a charming smile on his lips. "I belive you dropped these."
She pushed her hand back through her hair before looking up. "Oh!" She laughed slightly. "I didn't even notice... Yes, you're correct, they are mine. Thank you." She guestured to the keyring, black with her name written on it in gold. "Most people would not have been so considerate to return them..."
"Well I am not like most people..." His smile not faltering as he glided to crouch before her. His eyes dancing darkly as they met hers. "I suspect we may have something in comon there."
She raised her eyebrow. "You're an over-worked science teacher as well?" She couldn't help it. Sarcasm had no place here... only in school...
Gabriel chuckled. "Yes, you've found me out... So you are a teacher?"
"Unfortunately, yes." She laughed. "Sorry, Im Dallas Alieron..."
His hand extended to take hers, kissing the back softly, he smiled. "Gabriel Kisslinger. Lovely to meet you."
She smiled a little, despite herself. "Lovely to meet you too."
"There must be something about this place..." She paused. "Every guy is a perfect gentleman..."
Gabriel shook his head. "Oh not every guy...but a few of us still hold old fashioned values."
"And what values would they be Mr. Kisslinger?"
"Treating a lady like a lady." He chuckled. "Unless you are in the bedroom and she invites you to treat her other wise." His head tilted. "And if something is truly special, do not be to eager. Do not rush into pleasures which should be savoured."
Dallas' eyebrow arched at that again, and she tried to push those thoughts out of ehr head. "Oh really?"
"Yes really." He stated simply an a slightly amused tone. He watched her with his darks eyes, wondering what lay, what brewed below the surface.
